Coronavirus (COVID-19)

TEPA is committed to the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.  We are monitoring updates regarding COVID-19 from many different sources and will stay in frequent contact with you regarding impacts to our operations.

 

In the highest interest to maintain safety for our our members (those we serve) and employees, we request the following from members during this period of exposure to the COVID-19 virus:

  1. Mail in your payments or pay your electric bills on-line or IVR (over-the-phone).

  2. If you are accustomed to paying your bill in-person at either our Fulton or Tupelo Office, please use the drive-through payment facilities. Our lobby is closed at both offices until further notice.

  3. Business that members have with the service department, please make an effort to handle the business over-the-phone or email (customerservice@tepa1.com).  Please do not come to the office.

  4. For the next few weeks, reschedule any business with the service department that can be delayed.

United Way of Northeast Mississippi and CREATE Foundation have established a COVID-19 Support Fund to assist families and individuals affected financially by COVID-19 in our region. Some assistance is going towards utilities. Please click this link below to find out how to apply:
