TVA Complaint Resolution Process (CRP):

Tombigbee Electric Power Association (TEPA) takes your complaints or issues seriously.

 

TEPA puts forth great effort to try to address each complaint a customer brings to them in a fair and impartial way.

However, on occasion a customer may not be satisfied with the resolution of their complaint by TEPA.

​

As one of 154 local power companies regulated by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Tombigbee takes part in the TVA complaint resolution program to address unresolved complaints.  Below is TVA's notice of how to pursue this process.

TVA provides regulatory oversight for your Local Power Company's rates and service practices.

​

If you have an issue or complaint that you have not been able to resolve with your Local Power Company, TVA's Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help.
