BUYING HOME
Two forms of identification.
State issued ID or driver license
Social Security card
Check stub, W2 form, original birth certificate
Correct 911 address(house number & street/road)
Correct mailing address
$70.00 deposit
RENTAL PROPERTY
The same as above but with rent receipt or lease agreement and the deposit is $160.00.
MOBILE HOME REQUIREMENTS
Registration number from the county the mobile home is located. (Doublewide or single wide)
Lee County Board of Supervisors requires a permit.
Singlewides require a $50.00 construction cost.
Doublewides require a $50.00 construction cost, unless metered on the home and homeowner also owns the property.
